By submitting this booking form, including uploading your profile and media or social links, you ("the Guest") agree to the following:

1. Consent to record. You consent to the recording of your voice, image, performance, and participation in an interview for the podcast My Shout ("the Program"), whether recorded in studio, online, or elsewhere.

2. Licence. You grant the Producer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to record, edit, transcribe, reproduce, publish, distribute, communicate to the public, and commercialise your contribution, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, including audio platforms, video platforms, websites, and social media, and to licence these rights to others.

3. Name, biography and likeness. You grant the Producer the right to use your name, biography, image, and likeness, including the materials you upload with this form, in connection with the Program and its promotion.

4. Editing and derivative works. The Producer may edit your contribution at its discretion, including using software and AI-assisted tools for transcription, editing, and production. The Producer may create derivative works from your contribution, including transcripts, clips, show notes, articles, and written publications. You will be flagged for any cuts you raise during the post-interview review, and the Producer will consider such requests in good faith, though final editorial decisions rest with the Producer.

5. Moral rights. To the extent permitted by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), you consent to acts or omissions by the Producer that might otherwise infringe your moral rights in your contribution, including editing and use without attribution where reasonable for the format.

6. No compensation and no obligation to publish. You participate voluntarily and without monetary compensation. Submission of this form and recording of an interview do not obligate the Producer to publish your contribution.

7. Your warranties. You warrant that your contribution is original to you, that it will not infringe the rights of any third party, that you have full power to grant this licence, and that where your contribution incorporates material owned by others you have obtained the necessary permissions for its use as described in these terms.

8. Privacy. The Producer will handle your contact details and personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and will use them only for producing, publishing, and promoting the Program.

9. Acceptance. Submitting this form constitutes your acceptance of these terms. The Producer will retain a record of your submission, including your name and the date and time of acceptance.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
